This certificate serves as a statement from the Ministry that the owner of the industrial operation may proceed with the construction of the project, the connection of electricity, the delivery of machinery and equipment, and the start of initial production after completing the processes in relation to authorizations from the relevant departments.

Process

• Login or create an account to access the Ministry's digital portal.
• Submit an application for just an Issuance of Initial Approval Certificate.
• Fees must be paid (Application fee is non-refundable)
• The customer happiness team will examine your application.
• If the application is approved, an initial approval certification will be issued; otherwise, the application will be refused.
