Tawjeeh is a service licensed by The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and it provides awareness and orientation to employers and employees seeking help regarding UAE labour law. According to the law, employees need to undergo compulsory training before joining work and Tawjeeh center provides exactly that.The Tawjeeh services are eligible for:

Providing training to new employees has become mandatory in selected professions in the UAE. Applicants who fall in these professions and applying for new employment residence permit should attend awareness sessions as per the labour regulations in the country. Tawjeeh offers the said training to the employees as well as employers in the UAE through various centers. The guidance is basically about knowing the responsibilities and rights of employers and employees before engaging in any sort of professional contract. However, this training is not applicable for workers and labourers who are sponsored in free zones by their employers.
