Property Investor / Real estate investors can obtain a Golden Visa if they fulfil one of the following conditions:

• Purchase a property worth not less than AED 2 million.
• Purchase a property with a loan from specific local banks.
• Buy one or more off-plan properties of no less than AED 2 million from approved local real estate companies.

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs can obtain a Golden visa if they fulfil one of the following conditions:

• Commercial fund Investor
• Deposit fund Investor
• Tax Return Investor Requirements
• Company's financial report for the previous year (Made by the company's financial auditor)
• Company's Trade license and photocopy of the List of Partners' Names.
• Copy of the sponsored residency
• Company's bank statement (last 3 months)
• Company's (VAT Return) for the previous year
• IBAN Bank Number

Commercial Fund Investors

Commercial fund investors are person who investment in enterprises involved in the buying or selling of goods and Services.

Deposit fund Investor

These are Persons who deposit of at least AED 2,000,000 in an investment fund inside the UAE Requirements.

• A letter from the bank in Arabic form showcasing a "fix deposit".
• A note must be mentioned in the letter stating that. (The fix deposit will not be broken for the next two years, OR in case the fix deposit was broken for any reason, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai must be notified.)
• Copy of the sponsored passport.
• Tenancy contract
• IBAN Bank Number

Tax Return Investor

Being the owner of an establishment/company that pays the taxes imposed upon it by the federal government, at a value of not less than AED 250,000 annually Being a partner in an establishment/company that pays the taxes imposed upon it by the federal government, while maintaining a contribution of his share in the said company, equivalent to at least AED 250,000 taxes paid annually.

• A letter from the Federal Tax Authority.
• Company's Trade license and photocopy of the List of Partners' Names.
• Copy of the sponsored residency

Executive Director/ Managers

Executive directors / Managers holding bachelor’s degrees, as well as having five years’ work experience in the UAE with a salary of AED 30,000 per month are eligible to apply for the Gold Card Requirements:

• No objection certificate (NOC) from your employer stating that they have no objection for the employee applying for the golden visa
• Passport copy
• Copy of the last 3 visa stamps showing employment as a manager for a minimum of 5 years
• Soft copy of a clear Passport photo with white background
• Attested degree (bachelor's degree or higher)
• Salary certificate (not less than 30,000 DHS Monthly)
• Labour contract with the same profession and salary as the salary certificate

(Golden Residency Visa) for specialized talents and researchers in various fields of science and knowledge for a period of (10) years without a sponsor and subject to renewal (granted to applicant and his family member).
