Eligibility

This service is available to both individuals and business.

Documents Required

Individuals

• Documents for the vehicle: VCC or Vehicle Clearance Certificate or the reference number of the Electronic Funds Transfer Certificate, Electronic Possession Certificate, Electronic Shift of Possession Certificate, or Electronic Export Certificate.
• Authentic Emirates ID to amend information in the event of an expiration.
• In the event of an expired registration or a non-licensed vehicle, a vehicle transfer technical examination is required.
• Vehicle licence plates must be handed over.
• If one or both licence plates are missing, notify the police.
• Gulf Compliance Certificate for Non-Compliant Motor Vehicles that do not mention the year of manufacture
• In the event of a mortgaged vehicle, electronic repayment of the debt (by the mortgagee)
• If the consumer doesn't even have a traffic file, provide a copy of their passport or the genuine Emirates ID.

Companies

• Documents for the vehicle: VCC or Vehicle Clearance Certificate or the reference number of the electronic Funds transfer Certificate, electronic Possession Certificate, electronic Shift of Possession Certificate, or electronic Export Certificate.
• The company's official statement in Arabic, a copy of the trading licence, Validation of Signature and Authorized Letter
• In the event of an expired registration or a non-licensed vehicle, a vehicle transfer check is required.
• Vehicle licence plates must be handed over.
• If one or both licence plates are missing, notify the police.
• In the event of a mortgaged vehicle, electronic repayment of the loan (by the mortgagee).
