Eligibility

Individual consumers, citizens and residents of Dubai, as well as business, are all able to qualify for this service.

Document mandates

• Individually owned automobiles
• Emirates ID in its entirety
• Certificate of Vehicle Ownership
• If the car is mortgaged, obtain an electronic No Objection Letter/certificate (e-NOC) from the mortgagee.
• Apart from citizens, Governmental and diplomatic corps, and GCC nationals who want to operate their automobiles within GCC nations, all circumstances require a NOC paper from the Emirates Racing Organization.

For company-owned automobiles

• The company's official statement in Arabic obtaining a tourist certificate
• A copy of the business licence
• Signature attestation and authorization letter
• If the automobile is mortgaged, a digital NOC out from mortgage holder is required.
• Certificate of Vehicle Ownership
• Emirates Motorsports Organization's NOC.
