Registration Vehicle

  • Customer's traffic record
  • Original Emirates ID is required to amend the information.
  • Obtain a vehicle customs card from the country's customs office.
  • If the automobile was imported from a source other than the authorised dealer, the code of the electronic Fund transfer Certificate, electronic Possession Certificate, electronic Transfer of Possession Certificate, or Export Certificate must be used.
    • If the automobile was imported in a person's name, it can be documented using a customs card issued by any UAE Emirate.
    • If the car was imported by a business, it must be moved from the Emirate in which the business is situated to Dubai.
    • The system has authorised a physical or electronic selling contract between both the seller and buyer.
    • Car test document if the vehicle was examined outside of Dubai, if it was used, or if it was imported from somewhere excluding the local supplier.
    • If the vehicle did not meet GCC specifications, the Gulf specification compliance form (UAE regulations test) was used.
    • Valid for at least 6 months, electronic coverage certificate from the vehicle's insurer.

  • If the vehicle did not meet GCC specifications, the Gulf standard conformance form (UAE standard test) was used.
  • Valid for at least 6 months, electronic coverage certificate from the vehicle's insurer.
  • Residence visa granted in Dubai or completion of one of the legal provisions for bearers of dwelling visas from any of the other Emirates.

  • If the car was imported from a party excluding the authorised dealer, the reference code of the electronic Transfer Certificate, electronic Possession Certificate, electronic Change of Occupation Certificate, or Export Certificate is:
    • If the car was imported by a business, it must be moved from the Emirate in which the business is situated to Dubai.
  • The system has authorised an electronically or in paper selling agreement between both the seller and buyer.
  • If the car was examined outside of Dubai, was used, or was imported from a source excluding the local dealer, a vehicle test certificate is required.

  • A letter written to the Vehicle Registration Department from the Governmental body, signed by the authorised person and certified by the Governmental body.

  • If the car was imported from a party excluding the authorised dealer, the reference code of the electronic Transfer Certificate, electronic Possession Certificate, electronic Change of Occupation Certificate, or Export Certificate is:
    • If the automobile is imported in the names of the people, it can be documented using any UAE Emirate's customs card.
    • If the car was imported by a business, it must be moved from the Emirate in which the business is situated to Dubai.
  • The system has authorised a physical or electronic selling contract between both the seller and buyer.
  • If the vehicle did not meet GCC requirements, it was subjected to a Gulf specification compliance form (UAE standards test).
  • Valid for at least 6 months, electronic coverage certificate from the vehicle's insurer.
  • Memorandum of the company
  • Authorised person or power of Authornity should on in center with original EID
  • The political or diplomatic body's traffic file

    • If the car was imported by a business, it must be moved from the Emirate in which the business is situated to Dubai.
  • Car test document if the vehicle was examined outside of Dubai, if it was used, or if it was imported from somewhere other than the dealership.
