Eligibility

Individual consumers, residents and citizens, and business may register for this service.

Documents Required

Including a promotional sticker (for companies)

• The corporation has issued an official letter in Arabic.

Changing the vehicle type: van/truck (cooler) (for companies)

• Dubai Municipality approval or a municipal defined criteria from one of RTA's repair facilities
• The corporation sent an Original copy in Arabic detailing the nature of the change.
• Certificate of Vehicle Technical Inspection.

Changing the colour of the vehicle (for companies and individuals)

• e-NOC from Dubai Police's Criminal Investigation Department
• Individuals: genuine Emirates ID just to update information in the event of an expiration and to confirm the applicant's identification.
• For business: Official letter from the firm in Arabic outlining the nature of the change, a copy of the business permit.
