Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amer Supervisor to lead our service center team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our service center, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of government transactions. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of Amer service agents to maximize productivity and service quality.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage service queues, ensuring a smooth flow of transactions and minimizing customer wait times.
  • Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans to foster team growth and excellence.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of processes.
  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with management to develop, refine, and enforce operational policies and procedures, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, financial reports, and operational metrics to support transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within government services or customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer applications and office software, with a strong aptitude for technology.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai government procedures and regulations is highly desirable.
